Well, Katelyn was suppose to have her princess and pirates party outside at Marysville park, but since it was COLD and RAINY our good friend Ann let us use the old firehouse at Marysville Park to have her party. It was the perfect place to have her party. It was still at the park so she was happy and if anyone wanted to go outside their parents were able to take them out to play. Princess Katelyn arrived at her party with her Grandpa Mike and Grandma Maryann who had taken her to Libby lu to get her hair and nails done, once she walked inside she was greeted by her friends and family yelling surprise! We set up one area of the firehall to be where the party took place, we used the toys and mats from the tot play room and made it a big play room. In the middle we set up a table for presents and around the mat's we had seating and tables for people to eat. There was a door that allowed us to still cookout and there was plenty of food to eat. Tracy made Katelyn's cake which was a princess castle, Grandpa Don made Katelyn a princess carriage that we used to take kids on carriage rides, and we had a Piñata filled with goodies! It was a great day with lots of great family and friends there to celebrate with her; this was the first time she has really been at any big gathering with lots of her family and friends there.
